certified instructors hold classes covering all the basic and advanced techniques to

| Introduction to
kayaking
This half day clinic is a great starting point for
the beginning paddler. Well start on land getting familiar with each other and our
equipment. Once on the water, youll learn the basic strokes to maneuver your kayak
efficiently (forward, reverse, sweeps and braces). Within the protected waters of Blue
Bell Cove, well practice wet exits and re-entry techniques. No experience necessary.
Kayak equipment included. Cost $59.00

| Coastal Sea
Kayaking I
Coastal kayaking courses are
designed for the paddler interested in ocean touring. Level I is a full day program
focusing on paddle strokes, safety skills, and seamanship development. We will cover
learning and refining basic strokes ( forward, reverse, sweeps, draws, bracing turns and
recovery), solo and assisted rescue techniques, basic navigation and rules of the
nautical road. Includes lunch and equipment. Cost $95.00 10am 4pm

Coastal Sea Kayaking II
Outsource Link Building Services are Better! Thus it's important to buy affordable link building services from a well qualified online link building services This Course takes your paddling skills to the next
level. First, well review maneuvering and bracing strokes and practice rescues.
Next, well learn how to evaluate wind, waves and beach conditions to safely launch
and land through small waves. Emphasis is placed on reading water and recognizing
hazardous conditions. The remainder of the day is spent practicing bracing & boat
control in the surf zone. Level II is recommended for aspiring open water paddlers &
those who plan to launch and land in waves. Coastal I or equivalent experience is a
prerequisite for Coastal II. Includes lunch and equipment. Cost $95.00 10am

Coastal Sea Kayaking
III
This course is
designed for paddlers who are comfortable with basic strokes, braces, wet
exits & rescues. We’ll start the day reviewing bracing & rescues.
Next, we’ll learn to how to evaluate wave and beach conditions to safely
launch and land through small waves. Emphasis is placed on reading water
and recognizing hazardous conditions. The remainder of the day is spent
practicing bracing and maneuvering in the surf zone. Coastal II or
equivalent experience required

Rolling Clinic
The Eskimo roll is the ultimate form of self rescue. We provide individual
attention and a low student to instructor ratio to teach you the mechanics of rolling.
This clinic will also help make your bracing skills bombproof. Prerequisite Coastal

| BCU 3 Star & Kayak Safety Training/Assessment
The 3 Star certification marks your
transition from beginner to intermediate level sea kayaking skills. The BCU format
provides a training session and a separate assessment session, giving you time to practice
and refine your technique .The Training will cover basic strokes (emphasis on bracing and
sculling), deep water assisted and self rescue, simple towing techniques, basic lifesaving
and first aid.
For assessment you should be able to perform solid,
committed strokes, static & dynamic bracing, sculling for support and bow rudders.

4 Star Training
Coach 3 Linda Legg
This course is designed to ensure that
candidates have the basic knowledge and paddling skills to sea kayak safely in average
coastal conditions. The goal is to perform 3 star skills in 4 star conditions ( force 4
winds & seas to 3 feet). The training will also emphasize basic navigation skills,
understanding simple weather conditions & its effect on the sea, trip planning,
safety awareness & first aid. Candidates should have solid expedition equipment.

Kayak Klass
A half day class for younger paddlers with
focus on safety and fun. By incorporating games with skills training well teach the
fundamentals of kayaking and have a blast too! For kids 9 14. Kids kayaks, pfd and

Rescue Workshop
Hone your rescue
skills in this half day workshop. We’ll cover self and group rescues, use
of throw bags, simple towing techniques, kayak to swimmer & swimmer to
kayak rescues. Practicing rescues will build your confidence on the water
